Toledo is in Ohio, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Toledo follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Decent ramen spot for a quick meal. We were seated immediately and served quickly. The ramen came out fast and hot too: shoyu/tonkatsu and bacon. I will note for the price there was quite a small portion of meat - only 1 piece (although it was fairly large) in the shoyu/tonkatsu. Also, the soup was a tad too salty for my liking. Otherwise, the flavor was nice and the noodles were cooked well. Overall, an authentic ramen place with a variety of options.

My expectations were pretty high given the 4.8 stars and man did this place deliver. You're promptly greeted in the traditional style of a sushi place or other Japanese restaurant by the chefs themselves. Its a very small but intimate restaurant with seats close to everyone that you could make friends with the people next to you. Menus got a great focus on a variety of flavors of ramen with a focus on quality. Also got the bao sandwich and it was delicious. Could use some sauce or something to dip it in but meat was tender. Veggies crisp. Bao was pillowy. Now for the star. The ramen. Phenomenal quality in the noodles amd broth. Noodles had a great chew and cooked perfectly. Broth was flavorful with a little kick. The only thing I wasnt a fan of was ground chicken in the bowl. Maybe pieces of fried chicken would have been better. But still. 9.5 out of 10. Love this place.

Super cool spot with delicious food. I had the Curry Ramen because I couldn't decide between Curry Rice or Ramen. It was fantastic, and very filling. The place was staffed very well and we had fast service.

One of the few times a place is as good as advertised. The bao buns were more like a bao sandwich but was definitely a nice appetizer. The ramen was the real star, I had the featured duck shoyu ramen, let me tell you the ducks was among the best prepared duck I've ever had. The jammy egg, bok choy, bamboo shoots, broth and noodles pulled together a perfectly hearty bowl. Top 3 bowls I've ever had.
